Fees

• For first time patients: all appointments must be confirmed with a credit card. A cancellation fee for cancellations less than 24 hours in advance or patients not showing for their scheduled appointments will be applied.

• Our rates are commensurate with most Internal Medicine practices in Manhattan.

• Payment is expected at the time of service. We accept travelers cheques, Visa and MasterCard.

• We are not affiliated with any insurance plans, but, we will provide you with a detailed receipt for your submission for reimbursement.

• A follow-up office visit for the same illness within a 1-week period is provided at no additional charge.

• We offer limited retainer based services on an individual, family and corporate level. Please call 1-888-380-3222 should you be interested in this service.

  We will not submit a claim to your insurance company. Payment is due during the    

  house call in the form of cash, or a major credit card, or debit card securely through 

  Paypal. You may seek reimbursement from your insurance company according to

  your policy if you wish. Unfortunately, we do not see Medicare or Medicaid recipients

  due to government regulations.
